Delhi has completely reopened for all domestic travel and international travel under travel bumble and repatriation flights. Considering the present pandemic situation, the government of Delhi has issued various delhi travel guidelines that both domestic as well as international travelers must abide by. Here is all you need to keep in mind before traveling to the state.

  • As per the Delhi government covid guidelines, international scheduled flight operations continue to remain suspended.
  • International repatriation flights, flights operating under travel bubble, Cargo operations, and flights specifically approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) will continue to operate in the city.
  • Domestic travel has already resumed in the city.
  • Travellers arriving from Maharashtra, Kerala, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, and Punjab must carry negative RT-PCR test reports. The report should not be older than 72 hours.
  • It is mandatory for all international arriving passengers to fill the self-reporting form known as Air Suvidha, before boarding.
  • As per the latest government guidelines, International arrival passengers are exempted from quarantine (institutional quarantine & home quarantine) basis negative RT-PCR report.
  • The report should be taken within 72 hours of departure or on arrival at the airport where the COVID19 testing facility is available.
  • International travellers with no test report have to undergo a mandatory institutional quarantine of 7 days at their own cost and another 7 days of home quarantine on arrival in India.
  • Night curfew has been implemented across the city from 10 PM to 5 AM.
  • Random testing for Covid-19 is being conducted at Delhi airport. Mandatory quarantine for travellers who test positive.
  • All travelers must submit a self-declaration form on the online portal www.newdelhiairport.in at least 72 hours before scheduled travel.
  • Only for compelling reasons/ cases of human distress such as pregnancy, death in the family, serious illness, and parent(s) with children of the age of 10 years or below, home quarantine may be permitted for 14 days.
  • Travellers must download the Aarogya Setu App on their mobile phones.
  • Thermal screening will be done for all passengers upon arrival.
